About the event
Join us at our headquarters, Know Waste Lands Community Garden and our nearby annex, Knew Sight, for some outdoor work and annual PUMPKIN SMASH on Sunday, November 8.
This is a special edition Volunteer Day, so make sure to bring your gourds that are going bad to get composted! Choice of smasher is yours, provided by us ;)
You're welcome to come for the whole work day, just to smash a pumpkin, or both :)
There'll be fresh air, music, some snacks, and great people. Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and bring a water bottle and work gloves if you've got 'em.
Master composters welcome to join for hours!
See you there.
