Work in waste + environmental justice often gets overlooked in favor of shiny, new, high-tech + -budget solutions to climate change. We are celebrating our work in all things “rotten” and recycled, the processes we steward to renew the waste in our communities. That means we celebrate all the other ways we can take “waste” and regenerate it into something new and beautiful!
